Our pediatric rehabilitation specialists, also known as physiatrists, are experts in caring for children who have a wide range of congenital (present at birth) and acquired conditions that cause physical disabilities. We collaborate with our other pediatric specialists at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer, as well as physical, occupational and speech-language therapists, to develop a care plan that’s built around your child’s unique condition.

Our Pediatric Physiatry Service now offers inpatient care for children ages 8-12 at the Orlando Health Advanced Rehabilitation Institute. These services support children recovering from chronic illness, surgery, or trauma, providing personalized rehabilitation in a compassionate, state-of-the-art setting.
