About the Orlando Health Children’s Heart Institute

Orlando Health Children’s Heart Institute offers a lifetime of heart care that spans unborn babies, children and adolescents, and adults with congenital heart disease. We work together with Orlando Health experts in adult medicine and maternal fetal medicine to ensure the best care for our older patients needing complex procedures as well as unborn infants with congenital heart problems or expectant moms with congenital heart disease.

Our newly established institute offers a wide range of services, including state-of-the-art surgical, interventional catheterization and invasive electrophysiology programs. Our institute’s team of leading cardiologists, cardiac anesthesiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, ICU intensivists and researchers work together to deliver personalized care. A key focus of our institute is innovation in clinical care and research. Our highly skilled electrophysiology team uses advanced mapping to treat complex heart rhythm problems. We also have subspecialty expertise in imaging that includes 3D ultrasound technology, fetal echocardiography, cardiac MRI, cardiac CT and 3D printing to evaluate and treat the most complex patients.
