Tina Santos is chief nursing officer at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC), where she provides strategic leadership for nursing practice and the delivery of high-quality patient care. With more than 15 years of executive experience, she has played a key role in Orlando Health ORMC earning Magnet® designation in 2023.
Under her leadership, the Orlando Health ORMC team has achieved nearly 20 AACN Beacon Awards for Excellence, and the Emergency Department received the ENA Lantern Award for 2024–2027. Tina has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as a 2025 CNO To Know and as a Top 50 Women Chief Nursing Officers of 2025 by Women We Admire. She also received the ACHE Central Florida 2025 Luminary Leader Award for Outstanding Innovation. Prior to joining Orlando Health, Tina served as chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, Massachusetts.
Tina earned a BSN from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Master of Science in Nursing and MBA in healthcare management from the University of Phoenix. Tina is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
