The Team Member Assistance Program (TMAP), formerly known as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential counseling service provided by Orlando Health to all its team members and anyone living within their household.

TMAP counseling is one of the many benefits offered to our team members as we care for and about their well-being. There is no cost for this short-term (one to six sessions) service, and we offer referrals in case long-term counseling is more appropriate.

Common reasons team members seek TMAP counseling might include:

• Relationship or family difficulties

• Depression

• Anxiety

• Job Stress

• Grief

• Trauma

• Substance Abuse

• Other life challenges
