Tasia Lewis
Administrator, SkyTop View Rehabilitation Center
As administrator of SkyTop View Rehabilitation Center, Tasia is responsible for overseeing the daily personnel and organizational operations of the facility as well as leading quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients and their family members.
Tasia brings more than a decade of experience in administrator and executive director leadership positions at skilled nursing, assisted living and rehabilitation facilities in the Central Florida area. She is accomplished in cultivating community awareness and referral sources as well as in being responsive to the rapidly changing healthcare environment.
Tasia earned a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and is a member of the Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) 2024 Class of Florida Leaders that focuses on leadership development and quality improvement for Florida’s skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
