Christina Herrera, RN

As director of nursing at SkyTop View Rehabilitation Center, Christina Herrera oversees nursing services and coordinates daily operations to ensure the highest level of care for residents. She is skilled in implementing policies and systems required to ensure compliance with government and accrediting agency regulations while maintaining the delivery of exceptional standards of care.

Prior to joining Orlando Health, Christina held assistant director and director of nursing roles at 100+-bed skilled nursing facilities that included a mix of long- and short-term rehabilitation care. After beginning her career as a licensed practical nurse, Christina later earned an associate degree in nursing (RN) at Rasmussen College (now Rasmussen University) and is en route to completing a master’s degree in nursing leadership and management at Western Governors University.
