Orlando Health Emergency Room - Crossroads, a service of Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, is now serving the West St. Petersburg community, bringing you expert and compassionate care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Staffed by board-certified emergency medicine physicians and an expertly trained clinical team, the ER offers a full range of diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including diagnostic imaging and laboratory services. With state-of-the-art medical care and technologies, Orlando Health provides care for all members of your family – from infants and children, to teens and adults.

This 14,000-square-foot facility features 12 patient rooms, including two resuscitation rooms, 6 patient waiting areas and an ambulance bay. For severe trauma cases or those requiring a higher level of care, immediate air transport is available to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, the only state-accredited Level II Adult Trauma Center in Pinellas County.

This emergency department is part of Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital. This is not an urgent care center. Its services and care are billed at hospital emergency department rates.
