Bio

Jeffrey Feiner, MD, specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery with an emphasis on reconstructive microsurgery and perforator flap breast reconstruction at the Orlando Health Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery Institute. He is board certified in plastic surgery.

Dr. Feiner graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia before earning his medical degree — and graduating first in his class — from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in New York. He then completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. 

Throughout his medical tenure, Dr. Feiner has won several awards, including the Maimonides Medical Society Award, the Morris & Sadie Stein Neuroanatomy Award and the Dr. Louis Sklarow Award, the latter two from UB School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He also was awarded the Johns Hopkins/University of Maryland Residency Teaching Award by his peers for his commitment to excellent in teaching. 

Dr. Feiner has published numerous works and has given many presentations at The Johns Hopkins Medial Grand Rounds and for the Plastic Surgery Research Council.
